Buffy

Buffy sees Angel and Drusilla together and immediately leaps to conclusions, as they clearly know each other. Unaware that he is being watched, Angel tells Drusilla that she and Spike should leave town. Next day at school, Buffy is pleased by the sudden appearance of Billy ‘Ford’ Fordham, an old friend from Hemry High in Los Angeles. Ford seems like a great guy - he fits right in and joins the gang at ‘The Bronze’ that night. But when he sees Buffy slay a vampire he expresses no surprise, claming that he already knows she is the Slayer. Later that night, Ford heads for a basement club called ‘The Sunset Club’, which is full of vampire-wannabes; he assures them their plan is going well. Angel enlists Willow's help to find information on Ford via the Internet, but there is no record of his being a student at Sunnydale High. The next evening, Xander joins the others in visiting Ford's hangout, and they find the vampire-wannabes. Meanwhile, Buffy and Ford see a pair of vampires at Sunnydale High; Buffy ‘dusts’ one and Ford claims he killed the other, but when Buffy telephones Giles the supposedly dead vampire appears and steals one of Giles' books. The vampire delivers the book to Spike, who is being offered a deal by Ford: if Spike makes Ford a vampire, Ford will give Spike the Slayer. That night Angel visits Buffy, and she confronts him about Drusilla. Reluctantly, Angel explains that when he was an evil vampire, he cruelly tormented Drusilla, driving her insane and then making her a vampire. Hoping this revelation has earned her trust, he warns Buffy about Ford. The next day, Ford invites Buffy for a special surprise that evening, but Buffy becomes suspicious and shows up at ‘The Sunset Club’ that afternoon, where she confronts Ford; she figures out his plan, but it is too late: the doors of the ex-bomb shelter close and Buffy is trapped inside. She tries to talk some sense into Ford, and discovers that he has terminal brain cancer and believes that his only hope of survival lies in becoming a vampire. Spike’s vampires arrive as planned and start feeding on the club members, but Buffy overcomes Ford, and then threatens to kill Drusilla. Spike lets the clubbers and Buffy go free, and the Slayer seals the vampires inside the shelter. The next day, Buffy returns to the deserted club and finds Ford's body. Later, while visiting his grave, Buffy has to stake her former friend when he rises from the grave as a member of the undead.
